For your awareness only. I did not purchase my X6200 from Radioddity, but rather Ham Radio Outlet. The upgrade V1.0.1 as released by Radioddity on August 1st would not boot on my X6200 after installing. I did not try installing the initial V1.0.1 released in July. I waited until the 1 Aug update. The upgrade locked the radio and it would not turn on. Fortunately, I was able to install V1.0 and get the radio running again. Just be aware, the August 1st update does not work for all X6200 owners. The problem is not solved. Thanks.

Good to see your fast positive response. In my case I upgraded the firmware without any problems and continue to enjoy the x6200 and will happily upgrade in the future with confidence
